In 2018, after a disastrous hurricane hit the island, a bunch of bitcoin millionaires and enterpreneurs had the idea to rebuild Puerto Rico into a cryptocurrency utopia. They were guided by the almost shaman-like figure of Brock Pierce, a former professional Warcraft player and child actor.
